Jacobsen Leaf and Grass Catchers

Protero Inc builds custom Jacobsen grass and leaf Catchers for commercial and residential use. Our catchers fit a wide variety of Jacobsen lawn mowers including zero turn, stand on mowers and compact tractors. Our catchers can hold anywhere from 10 bushels of debris up to 14 1/2 bushels and can easily be dumped with the flip of a lever.

Jacobsen Leaf and Grass Catchers PV18

Jacobsen Leaf and Grass Catchers: The PV18 Bagger holds 14 1/2 bushels and is custom-fitted for Zero Turn mowers. This collection system offers efficient material reduction and high capacity. The wedge shape of the PV 18 only adds 20 inches of length to most mowers. The dump lever is easy to pull and gives a secure and positive spring-like feel when the door is latched and locked into place. The improved tubular frame offers increased strength for demanding conditions.

Jacobsen Leaf and Grass Catchers PV18 PTO

Jacobsen Leaf and Grass Catchers offer a comprehensive range of solutions for efficient debris collection. Our powerful PTO blower converts a 540 RPM tractor to spin our large steel fan over 3000 RPMs. The blower canister comes with a bolt-in steel liner to protect the housing. The whole system comes off in seconds using the standard 3-point pins or a quick hitch. Our PTO Stand is a set of quick-attach caster wheels that allow the catcher to be removed with ease and makes moving the catcher in your garage or shop very simple. For tractors with cabs, our hydraulic dump kit allows the operator to stay in the cab while dumping, enhancing convenience and efficiency.

This dump from the seat catcher empties in a few seconds. Built with 3/16” plastic and heavy duty steel construction, this catcher will last for many years. The PV13 is designed to fit 48”-60” mowers for use on residential and small commercial properties. Jacobsen Leaf and Grass Catchers offer innovative solutions for efficient debris collection. PV13 dump catchers for Stand On Mowers collect both grass and leaves with amazing efficiency. The quick attach belt drive blower will greatly reduce leaves to help you get the job done faster. The rear dump catchers are a perfect option for properties that have area(s) to dump or for landscapers with truck loaders. They are also high enough off the ground to dump into low profile containers to manually lift into a vehicle. Rear side mount catcher allows safe operations on hills as the operator can stand or walk. Pull a pin and the catcher pivots into Transport Position against the pad saving space on the trailer.
