John Deere Zero Turn Bagger: Z930M & Z900 ZTrak

The Z900 ZTrak is John Deere's commercial zero-turn, and Protero fits the whole lineup, including the Z920M, Z930M, and Z950M. Choose the PV13, the 14.5-bushel PV18, or the 18-bushel PV22 for 60" to 74" decks. More room between dumps means fewer stops per job, and the same zero turn grass catcher works as a leaf bagger in the fall.

John Deere Z700, Z530R & Z545R Bagger

Protero makes a dump-from-the-seat catcher for the Z700 ZTrak, and it's one of the best matches for our systems. Z700 owners can choose the 10-bushel PV13 or the 14.5-bushel PV18 and empty every load without leaving the seat. For the Z545R with a 54" or 60" deck, the Z530R with a 60" deck, and the EZtrak Z425 and Z445, the PV13 is a compact grass bagger that keeps the mower nimble. Other Z500 ZTrak models use the PV13 catcher on your John Deere blower.

John Deere 1025R Bagger & Tractor Grass Catcher

For John Deere 1000 through 4000 Series compact tractors, including the 1025R, 2025R, and 3046R, Protero's PV18 PTO and PV22 PTO run off your tractor's rear PTO. They're a high-capacity, dump-from-the-seat alternative to a John Deere material collection system. The blower turns 540 RPM into a 3,000 RPM fan with an 8" hose, the system mounts to the 3-point hitch, and it comes off in seconds. An optional electric dump (+$600) lets cab-tractor owners empty it without leaving the cab. For John Deere tractors with 60" to 72" decks, step up to the PV18 PTO Max or PV22 PTO Max. The Max systems spin the fan to 3,500 RPM and use a larger 10" hose for maximum airflow, so they handle the heaviest leaf loads on big properties.

John Deere QuikTrak Stand-On Bagger

QuikTrak owners, including the Q652R, Q820M, and Q850R, can choose the 10-bushel PV13S or the 14-bushel PV17S. Both run on Protero's commercial blower and dump without stepping off the platform.

John Deere Riding Mower Grass Catcher: X500, X700 & Select Z500

Catcher-only system. For these John Deere riding mowers, Protero supplies the catcher and it runs on your John Deere blower. Catcher-only systems start at $2,299 MSRP. The X500 lawn and garden tractor takes the PV13 catcher, and the X700 takes the PV13 or PV18 catcher. Z500 ZTrak mowers take the PV13 catcher, except the Z545R with a 54" or 60" deck and the Z530R with a 60" deck, which use the full PV13 system. Protero doesn't fit X300 or smaller lawn tractors.

John Deere Leaf Vacuum & Leaf Bagger

Every Protero system doubles as a John Deere leaf vacuum attachment, leaf catcher, and leaf collector. The same grass collector that catches clippings all summer picks up leaves as you mow in the fall, then dumps the load where you want it. There's no tow-behind lawn vacuum to buy and no bags to haul, whether you run a ZTrak, a QuikTrak, or a 1025R.

A Real Blower Behind Every Complete System

Complete zero-turn and stand-on systems run on Protero's belt-driven commercial blower, the most powerful blower on the market. It pulls grass and leaves off the deck and keeps material moving into the container, even when it's wet. Tractor systems use the PTO blower described above, and catcher-only systems use your John Deere blower.

To save you a call: Protero doesn't currently fit the John Deere Z300 ZTrak (Z300E, Z300M, Z300R), X300 lawn tractors, EZtrak Z245, Z645, Z655, and Z665, the QuikTrak Q810E, or front-mount mowers.
